We have three Rooms available

Purchase the right to occupy  currently $220,000. each.

We have a 1 bedroom inside the Main Building close to the Main Dining Room.  

Outside Units.  We have two available.  

Oasis Garden Village, is a Dependent living, Independent lifestyle Retirement Village –

You Purchase the Right to Occupy.

We do not have Nursing staff, but, we are on call 24/7 to support (Senior First Aid) for any emergencies.

We provide 3 meals per day.

Breakfast is at your time, we provide you with what you need for a continental breakfast, you prepare yourself at the time you want.

Lunch is in the main dining @ 12 pm, it is a main meal with dessert, tea and coffee.  You can take it back to your room if you prefer.  (When u are unwell we’ll bring it to you.)

Tea is in the main dining room @ 5pm, it is Soup followed by a light meal, tea and coffee. You can take it back to your room if you prefer.  (When u are unwell we’ll bring it to you.)

We clean the room once a week. 

Provide bedlinen, pillow slips, towels and toilet paper. 

There is a fortnight living fee, currently $ 1,135.00 for a single person.  extra for another person.  Depending on your circumstance you may be entitled to Rent Assistance which will help top up your pension, you will be regarded as a NON-Home Owner on top of the Centrelink. 

Oasis Garden Village pay all costs for running a home.  Council rates, electricity etc.  all you need to pay is personal needs such as Doctors, Chemist, personal shopping. Etc.

An extra person to live in the room starts from $300. Per fortnight. 

Visitors and guests are always welcome. (Meals and/or overnight. Conditions apply).

We have a vehicle available to provide you transport to local shops appointments etc.
