At Oasis Garden Village, we take care of the essentials so you can enjoy a stress-free lifestyle. Here’s what we offer:

✅ Three Nutritious Meals Per Day:

• Breakfast – Enjoy a continental breakfast at your own time in your unit.

• Lunch (12 PM) – A hearty main meal with dessert, tea, and coffee. Dine in the main dining room or enjoy it in your room. (When you are unwell we’ll bring it to you.)

• Dinner (5 PM) – Light meal with soup, tea, and coffee. Available in the dining room or your unit. (When you are unwell we’ll bring it to you.)

✅ Weekly Housekeeping Services:

• Full room cleaning every week.

• Fresh bed linen, pillow slips, towels, and toilet paper provided.

✅ 24/7 On-Call Support for Emergencies:

• While we do not have nursing staff, our team is trained in Senior First Aid and available 24/7 for any emergency assistance.

✅ Affordable Living with All Home Costs Covered:

• Fortnightly Living Fee: $1,135 for a single person (additional cost for a second occupant).

• An extra person to live in the room starts from $300 per fortnight.

• All-inclusive pricing: We cover council rates, electricity, and other home-related costs.

• Possible Rent Assistance: You may qualify for Centrelink benefits as a Non-Homeowner, helping supplement your pension.

• Visitors and guests are always welcome.

• Overnight stays and meals available (conditions apply).
