Accommodation at Oasis Garden Village.  Right to occupy.

All Units have a back yard, bedroom with an ensuite.  Can suit a couple or single person.  Current prices range from $ 200,000.00, for the right to occupy.

Apartments inside main building, some look out over the back garden, some have a verandah.  Can suit a couple or single person.  Current price range from $ 135,000.00, for the right to occupy.

You purchase the right to occupy, you pay the amount of the accommodation you want then you pay a fortnight living fee.

Oasis Garden Village, is a Dependent living, Independent lifestyle Retirement Village.

We have – on call emergency assistance 24/7.  Someone will be with your loved one assisting with the emergency if it should ever occur.  We are always on call, personal contact/assistance.

We provide 3 meals per day.

Breakfast is at your time, we provide you with what you need for a continental breakfast.

Lunch is in the main dining @ 12 pm, it is a main meal with dessert, tea and coffee.  You can take it back to your room if you prefer, when u are unwell we’ll bring it to you.

Tea is in the main dining room @ 5pm, it is Soup followed by a light meal, tea and coffee. You can take it back to your room if you prefer, when u are unwell we’ll bring it to you.

We clean the room once a week. 

Provide bedlinen pillow slips and towels.

We are on call 24/7 for any emergencies.  We can help with reminding to take medications.  We also have a Village car to help you get to your local appointments and drop and/or pick up for shopping.

There is a fortnight living fee.  Regardless of your source of income.  Depending on your circumstance you may be entitled to Rent Assistance on top of the Centrelink you receive.

We pay all living costs for running a home.

Visitors and guests are always welcome. (Meals and/or overnight. Conditions apply).
